Martijn Hagendoorn

Martijn Hagendoorn has extensive experience in property management, particularly in the role of Team Leader VvE Beheer at Haag Wonen since April 2009, where responsibilities include managing and advising owner associations and developing team products and policies. Martijn also served as Acting Team Leader VvE Beheer, initiating proposals to optimize policies and provide research-based recommendations for management decision-making. Prior to Haag Wonen, Martijn worked as Senior VvE-bestuurder at MVGM from February 2007 to April 2009, overseeing the governance of owner associations. Martijn's career began at Albert Heijn as a Sales Manager from 2004 to 2007, focusing on financial and personnel management. Martijn holds a Bachelor's degree in Facility Management from De Haagse Hogeschool, completed from 1998 to 2003.
