Hanna Siltakorpi

Hanna Siltakorpi is a seasoned professional in the aviation and service sectors, currently serving as a Senior Lecturer in Aviation Business at Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences since August 2021. Prior to this role, Siltakorpi accumulated significant experience at Finnair from 1995 to 2021, advancing from Customer Service Agent positions in Copenhagen and Milan to Service Manager roles, where responsibilities included leading the Service Recovery team and enhancing customer service processes for Top Tier customers.
