Ilmonen Hanna

Ilmonen Hanna is the current HR Director, People and Culture at Haaga-Helia University. Ilmonen has also worked as an HR&PA Manager Finland for oy Esso ab - ExxonMobil affiliate in Finland from January 2001 to December 2007. There, they were responsible for leading and developing the company's HR and communications strategies. Additionally, they also worked as a Director BusinessServices for St1 Oy from January 2007 to December 2008. Before that, they held various managerial roles in business - Consumer&Industrial Sales for oy Esso ab from January 1996 to December 2000.

Hanna Ilmonen has a degree in Pedagogics from Helsinki University, a Work Counsellor for Managers and Supervisors certification from JTO, and a Communications Manager certification from Infor Oy. Ilmonen also has a Psychology degree from Turun yliopisto, an M. Sc. in International Business from Turku School of Economics at the University of Turku, and is a graduate of Raumanmeren yläaste/tyttölyseo. Ilmonen did an exchange student program via Rotary International at Dubbo High School in New South Wales, Australia.

They are on a team with Salmi Kari - Administrative Director, Safety and Responsibility, Kauppinen Matti - Director, Regional Integration, and Hiillos Minna - Vice President for Teaching and Learning. Ilmonen Hanna reports to Teemu Kokko, President.
