Joona Mäntyvaara

Joona Mäntyvaara has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Joona has served as a Visiting Principal Lecturer of Practice and Sales AI Researcher at Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences since 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Business Director and Director of Sales & Marketing at Digitalist Group & Network from 2020 to 2023. Joona also worked as a Business Advisor at Super NFT Society from 2022 to 2023. Before that, they co-founded and served as the GM Europe at SKEILER, a sales marketplace platform, from 2018 to 2021. Additionally, they founded and worked as a Sales Enablement Advisor & Coach at Business Spark from 2018 to 2021. Joona also worked on the development of Proof of Concept and building foundations for the Finland Chamber of Commerce in Luxembourg from 2019 to 2020. Joona was the Mission Founder at Entrepreneurs of Europe from 2019 to 2020. Furthermore, they served as CMO & Investor Relations and Independent Director at Morfin.io, a FinTech company, from 2019 to 2020. Additionally, Joona worked as an Independent Business Director in Luxembourg for LEAWARE, a software company, from 2018 to 2020. Joona'searlier experience includes serving as the Director of Sales and Marketing at Project-IT Oy, an IT project management company, from 2017 to 2018.

Joona Mäntyvaara earned a Masters Degree in International Business, Hi-tech Entrepreneurship from SKEMA Business School in 2001-2002. Prior to that, they completed their BBA in International Marketing at Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences from 1995 to 2000. In 1998-1999, they also obtained a Diploma in Marketing from Technological University Dublin. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including ROCKET-remote Facilitator from Games Without Frontiers in 2020, Sales Enablement Certified and Frictionless Sales Certified from HubSpot in 2020 and 2019 respectively, Sales Enablement and Measure What Matters (Blinkist) from LinkedIn in 2019, and SAFe 4 Certified Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2018.
