Tia Hoikkala

Tia Hoikkala has a diverse work experience. Tia started their career in 2012 as a Development Manager at Markkinointi-instituutti, where they focused on driving strategic projects, market intelligence, and organizational development. In 2015, they joined Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences as the Head of Quality Management and Business Architect, where they were responsible for enhancing the quality culture, developing the quality system, and supporting accreditation processes. Since 2018, Tia has been the Owner and CEO of Habanello Oy (Winner.Dog), an online shop that imports skin and coat health care products for dogs. Tia has also worked as an Assessor and Lead Assessor in various competitions and evaluations conducted by Laatukeskus Excellence Finland, evaluating applications based on the EFQM-model framework. Tia's work experience demonstrates their expertise in quality management, organizational development, and project management.

Tia Hoikkala completed their education in a variety of institutions. Tia obtained a Master of Science degree in Economics and Business Administration from Aalto University between 2013 and 2015. Prior to that, they completed a Specialist Qualification in Management at Haaga-Perho from 2011 to 2012. Tia also attended HSE Helsinki School of Economics from 2007 to 2011 for an Open University/Master's Degree Program in Management and International Business. Tia has a BBA from Pirkanmaa Polytechnic, which they obtained from 1999 to 2003. Tia also completed other qualifications, such as a Specialist in competence-based qualification from Jyväskylä Polytechnic in 2005 and a Specialist Qualification in Rural Development from JAKK in 2005. Tia also took courses at University of Tampere from 1999 to 2001, focusing on marketing, accounting, and economics. In terms of certifications, Tia has obtained various certifications, including Certified Excellence Finland Assessor from Laatukeskus Excellence Finland in 2014, 2016, and 2018, and a Webropol Expert Diploma from Webropol in 2012.
