Nik Mouline

Nik Mouline is a Mechanical and Software Engineer at Haakon Industries (Canada) Ltd. since May 2015, focusing on the automation of mechanical engineering design through Full-Stack Programming. Previously, Nik served as a Mechanical Design Engineer at ConeTec Investigations Ltd. from April 2013 to March 2015, where expertise in SolidWorks was applied to develop prototyping equipment for geotechnical, marine, and mine tailings surveys. A co-op research position at FPInnovations in early 2012 involved designing experiments for biodegradable polymer blends. Nik started a career in the culinary field, achieving the role of Executive Sous Chef at Earls Restaurants from 2003 to 2010, demonstrating strong leadership and operational management skills. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering Physics with a focus on Mechanical Engineering from The University of British Columbia, completed in 2015.
