Mallory Gerent

Mallory Gerent is an experienced professional in human resources and people operations, currently serving as the Head of People at HAAS Alert since February 2024. Prior to this role, Mallory held the position of Head of People at Relief App from December 2022 to February 2024. Mallory began a tenure at Tegus in November 2019, progressing from People Operations Associate to People Practices Specialist. Earlier experience includes roles as Director of Development & Office Manager at Northwestern Mutual and Senior Sales Consultant at Trunk Club. Mallory holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Loyola University Chicago, completed in January 2023, and is a graduate of Lincoln-Way Central High School.
