Kaya Richards

Kaya Richards is an experienced professional currently serving as an ESG Consultant at Stealth Startup since July 2024 and as Co-Founder and Co-President of Brick-by-Brick at Berkeley, the university's first Lego club. Kaya holds multiple roles at the University of California, Berkeley's Haas School of Business, including Zero Waste Associate, Student Assistant, and Sustainability Associate with the Haas Business School Association. Additionally, Kaya is the Director of Finance and Fundraising for the Association for Socially Responsible Business, where responsibilities include generating revenue and managing financial strategies. Previous experiences include consulting roles with AT&T and Environmental Working Group, and an internship with Rescuing Leftover Cuisine, focusing on social impact. Kaya is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at the Haas School of Business, expected to graduate in May 2026.
