Chad Bruce

Chad Bruce has a diverse work experience. From 1993 to 2017, they served in the Army National Guard as a Senior Human Resources Officer. In this role, they were responsible for managing over 1,800 soldiers, handling various HR functions, and serving as an advisor on equal opportunity and resiliency. Since 2017, Chad has been working as a Consultant at Haberfeld. Chad provides professional advice to community banks and credit unions, focusing on client acquisition, sales training, leadership, service experience, and accountability strategies.

Chad Bruce obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Security Management from Bellevue University, which they attended from 2007 to 2010. Chad then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Human Resources Management from Northcentral University, where they studied from 2013 to 2015. In addition to their academic qualifications, Chad also obtained various certifications, including Special Emphasis Program Manager - Equal Employment Opportunity from the Graduate School USA in June 2016, Department of Defense Certified Mediator from the Department of Defense in July 2014, Equal Opportunity Advisor from the United States Department of Defense in July 2014, Master Resiliency Trainer from the University of Pennsylvania in March 2014, and Education Services Manager from the National Guard Bureau in August 2012.
