Rob Bennetts, MA

Rob Bennetts, MA has held various roles throughout their work experience. Rob started their career in 1998 as a Facilitator at Adventure Woods before moving on to become the Director of Adventure Programs at Wildwood Outdoor Education Center from 2001 to 2004. Rob then joined the City of Leawood as the Director of Outdoor Programs from 2004 to 2007, where they managed Ironwoods Park and designed new programs and workshops. After that, they worked at the YMCA of Greater Kansas City as the Business Director/Membership Director from 2007 to 2009, where they implemented staff trainings and restructured positions for increased efficiency. Rob then joined Catalyst Plus Consulting as a Team Development Consultant from 2009 to 2018, before becoming a Consultant at Haberfeld from 2018 to 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Consultant & Director, Cultivate™ at Haberfeld. Throughout their career, Rob has focused on program development, training, facilitation, and team development.

Rob Bennetts, MA, holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Therapeutic Recreation from Missouri State University, which they earned between 1993 and 1998. In 2004, they attended Fort Scott Community College and obtained an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) certification. Recently, from 2015 to 2017, they pursued further education at Doane University, where they completed a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Management and Leadership.
