Martha Gonzalez has extensive experience in client services and communication roles. Currently serving as a Client Services Representative at Community First Bank | HFG Trust since January 2020, Martha is responsible for managing client interactions and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Prior to this role, Martha worked as a Phone Receptionist at Tri City Orthopaedic Clinic from June 2014 to September 2015, where foundational skills in phone communication and customer service were developed.
