Germán Rueda

Germán Rueda is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital transformation and healthcare innovation. Currently serving as Vice President of Transformation and General Manager at Habi, Germán also holds the position of Co-Founder and President of the Board of Directors at HealthTech Colombia, an organization focused on advancing digital health. Previously, roles included Digital Transformation Advisor, Deputy Minister of Digital Transformation for the Ministry of Information Technologies and Communications, and Independent Consultant for the Inter-American Development Bank. Germán’s educational background includes a Certificate in Blockchain from MIT Sloan School of Management, an Executive MBA in Health Sector Management and Policy from the University of Miami, and a B.S. in Industrial Engineering, also from the University of Miami, where achievments include Cum Laude honors.
