Jeffrey Bussgang

Jeffrey Bussgang is a seasoned venture capitalist, currently serving as a General Partner and Co-Founder at Flybridge Capital Partners, where the firm manages over $1 billion and invests in seed-stage ventures across diverse sectors. In addition to his role at Flybridge, Jeffrey is a Senior Lecturer at Harvard Business School, teaching courses on entrepreneurship and venture capital while authoring over 80 teaching cases. As the Managing Partner and Founder of The Graduate Syndicate, Jeffrey focuses on investing in startups founded by recent Harvard graduates. Furthermore, Jeffrey co-founded Hack.Diversity to address talent underrepresentation in the innovation ecosystem. Jeffrey actively invests in various companies, including FalconX, Finkargo, Noetica AI, and Syrup Tech, while also serving as a board observer for AllSpice. Jeffrey holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Computer Science from Harvard University.
