Faraz Kohari

Faraz Kohari has a diverse and extensive work experience in the banking and technology sectors. Faraz currently holds the position of Group Head of Technology and Group Head of Digital Banking at Habib Bank AG Zurich since October 2020. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Technology at Arab Gulf-Tech for IT Services - Arab Bank from January 2015 to October 2020. Faraz also worked as the CIO at Commercial International Bank - CIB from December 2008 to December 2014. Additionally, they held the role of Senior Manager at Capgemini from September 2006 to December 2008. In the early stages of their career, Faraz worked at LaSalle Bank as First VP from 2000 to 2006 and at ABN AMRO Services Co. as First VP and VP of Enterprise Architecture from 1996 to 2000.

Faraz Kohari pursued an MS degree in Computer Science from Syracuse University from 1992 to 1994.
