Erica Norals

Erica Norals has extensive experience in direct support and recovery services, currently serving as a DSP/Residential Trainer at Habilitative Systems Inc. since April 2013. Erica has held multiple roles at HSI, specializing in assisting individuals with developmental delays in independent living skills. Additionally, Erica worked as a Recovery Specialist at A Safe Haven Foundation from August 2018 to September 2023. Prior to these positions, Erica gained experience as a Direct Support Professional and also worked as a cashier at Super Target. Erica holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Westwood O'Hare and completed coursework towards a Bachelor of Business Administration at the University of Phoenix.
