Julia Backhaus is a seasoned entrepreneur and business leader with extensive experience in the healthcare and technology sectors. As the founder and managing director of KEJ Digital Care Solutions - HealthCompanion, Julia leads initiatives focused on digitalization and process optimization for health and care organizations. Julia co-leads the Digital Care Community at Healthcare iNNK, supporting healthcare start-ups in developing digital solutions. With a strong background in real estate through roles such as co-founder of Habitalix and board member of Immofemme e.G., Julia advocates for collective investment in housing for women. Previous experiences include co-founding Ecaria, which provides holistic care solutions, and serving as Chief Operating Officer for a PropTech start-up. Julia’s career also encompasses strategic consulting in business development and leading digital initiatives in education at Phorms Education. With a Master's degree in Communication Science and Law from Technische Universität Dresden, Julia is committed to driving innovation and collaboration in their fields of expertise.
