Frank Fudala

Frank Fudala is the Senior Vice President for Habitat America, LLC. In his role, Frank interacts directly with the property owners of existing communities, new developments in the early planning stages, and acquisitions. He is the key executive who promptly provides solutions to owner questions and requests. He regularly visits property sites within his assigned region to meet with staff and conduct physical site inspections. He is responsible for acquiring bids and responsible for reviewing terms for all long-term contracts between vendors and owners. Frank also trains, mentors and reviews the day-to-day work performance of the Regional Property Managers and Management Specialists, in addition to reviewing monthly financial statements and annual budgets.

Frank joined Habitat America in 2009 and has over 20 years of experience in the property management industry. He has been a Certified Property Manager (CPM®) through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) since 2008. He is also a Certified Credit Compliance Professional for Low Income Housing Tax Credits through SPECTRUM and a Certified REAC Inspector through American Property Consultants, Inc. Frank has a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Saint Joseph’s University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Baltimore.
