Sandra Kendall

Sandy Kendall is Vice President, Property Management. Sandy has been an integral part of the Habitat team since 2014 when starting as a Regional Manager, later being promoted to Assistant Vice President, Senior Portfolio Director. Sandy’s hands-on management approach has allowed her to be held in high regard by various departments within Habitat. Her strong rapport with many of Habitat’s property owners has facilitated increased confidence in owner relations. Sandy will continue to oversee a portfolio of properties, while working closely with Frank to empower, train and guide the strategic direction of Habitat America’s properties and team.
