April Gibson

April Gibson is an experienced professional currently serving as the Director of Partner Services and Stewardship at Habitat for Humanity Canada since May 2015, previously holding roles including Senior Manager and Officer in the same department. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Communications Consultant at Thornley Fallis Communications and working in publicity at Simon and Schuster, where responsibilities involved media relations, event management, and marketing. Earlier roles included an Event Coordinator Assistant position at Random House of Canada Limited and a publicity and marketing internship. April Gibson holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A. Hons.) in American History from Acadia University, a certificate in Publishing from Ryerson University, and has also participated in a French-language program at Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières.
