Mindy Rueden

Mindy Rueden has extensive experience in program management and executive leadership within nonprofit organizations. Currently serving as Programs Director at Habitat for Humanity Chicago since July 2020, Mindy previously held the position of Homeownership Programs Manager at the same organization. Prior experience includes serving as Executive Director at both the Maria Kaupas Center from January 2016 to July 2020 and the Br. David Darst Center for Justice & Peace, Spirituality & Education from August 2005 to December 2015. Mindy began a career in ministry as a Youth Minister at St. Bernard Parish from July 2004 to August 2005, where responsibilities included coordinating high school religious education and Confirmation programs. Mindy holds a BA in Religious Studies from Lawrence University and an MA in Counseling from Lakeland University.
