Dom Hernandez, MST, currently serves as the Associate Director of Corporate Development at Habitat for Humanity of Greater Los Angeles, a position held since August 2022, following a role as Corporate Development Manager. With extensive experience at Disneyland Resort since January 2017, Dom has contributed to workplace initiatives through the Rewards and Recognition Committee and the Safety Advocate Committee. Dom's background includes participation in the Disney College Program as an intern, along with roles at Make-A-Wish® Arizona, Arizona State University, Peoria Sports Complex, Desert Botanical Garden, Barnes & Noble, and Sweet Shoppe & Nut House. Dom holds a Master's degree in Sustainable Tourism and a Bachelor of Science in Tourism Development & Management, both from Arizona State University.
