Allison Dibbern

Allison Dibbern is a professional with extensive experience in community outreach and customer service. Currently serving as Homeowner Services Manager and Community Outreach Manager at Habitat for Humanity of McHenry County since July 2020, Allison developed the Faith in Action initiative to enhance faith-based relationships while promoting Homeownership and Critical Home Repair Programs. Previous roles include Volunteer Community Outreach Coordinator, where Allison focused on recruiting and training volunteers, and Customer Service Representative/Office Administrator at PMI Photography from April 2015 to March 2020, where responsibilities included managing customer service operations, writing marketing materials, and coordinating large photoshoots. Allison holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Leadership and Supervision from Purdue University.
