Kelli Oylear

Kelli Oylear serves as the Community and Home Buyer Services Senior Specialist at Habitat for Humanity of Orange County, with a career spanning various roles in community and family services since October 2020. Previously, Kelli held the position of Neighborhood Revitalization Specialist during a tenure from September 2018 to June 2020, contributing to community strengthening and volunteer education to combat sub-standard housing. Kelli has also gained experience as an Attractions Host at Disneyland Resort, an Advocacy Intern at KairosPDX focusing on equitable education, a Youth Development Associate at Boys and Girls Club of Portland Metropolitan Area, and other roles that emphasize community service and youth development. Kelli holds a Master of Public Policy from the University of California, Irvine, and a Bachelor of Social Work and Spanish from the University of Portland, complemented by ongoing education at Universidad de Granada.
