Karl Chase

Karl Chase is an experienced professional in sales and marketing with a strong background in the hospitality industry and nonprofit sector. Currently serving as the ReStore Procurement Manager for Habitat for Humanity of South Central New Jersey since February 2018, Karl supports the organization's mission by overseeing the procurement of donated items for resale. Previous roles include Director of Sales & Marketing at Shaner Hotels and Benchmark Resorts and Hotels, where Karl implemented successful sales strategies and led teams to achieve significant revenue growth. Karl also held key positions at The Hotel ML, Crowne Plaza Fairfield, Capella Hotel Group, and The Peninsula Chicago, where responsibilities included sales management, financial performance, and marketing plan execution. Karl earned a degree from Western Michigan University between 1987 and 1995.
