Sean Rayani

Sean Rayani is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in legal strategy and operations, currently serving as Director of Legal Strategy & Operations for Commercial, Product, and Telecom Regulatory Compliance at Twilio since March 2016. Previously, Sean held roles as Senior Manager and manager within the Commercial Legal team, establishing legal support for EMEA and North America sales teams, and contributed significantly to streamlining global contracting processes and improving operational efficiencies. Sean is actively involved in legal operations communities, being a member of CLOC and LINK, and has a foundational background in negotiating complex commercial agreements from prior roles at OpenTable and the Sonoma County District Attorney's Office. Sean holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of California, Berkeley, awarded with distinction.
