Sarah LeeAnn Smith, MPA, PMP, and Certificated Paralegal, currently serves as the Grants & Compliance Manager - Critical Home Repair at Habitat for Humanity of the Charlotte Region since December 2020, also holding the role of Critical Home Repair Scope Development Site Supervisor. Previously, Sarah contributed as a Construction Crew Leader for Habitat for Humanity // AmeriCorps National and worked as an Advisory Senior Associate at Grant Thornton LLP, focusing on strategic planning and organizational transformation for Federal clients. Additional experiences include roles at the YMCA of Greater Fort Wayne, YMCA Storer Camps, Indiana University Bloomington, Indiana Fiscal Policy Institute, Indiana University School of Public and Environmental Affairs, Indiana State Senate, and IUPUI Office of Undergraduate Admissions. Sarah holds a Master of Public Affairs in Criminal Justice and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from the O'Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs.
