Amy Weaver

Amy Weaver has been the Director at Habitat for Humanity since June 2013. Prior to that, they were the Executive Vice President & General Counsel at Univar Solutions from December 2010 to June 2013. Amy has also held the position of Senior Vice President & Deputy General Counsel at Expedia, Inc. from July 2005 to December 2010 and Attorney at Perkins Coie LLP from March 2002 to July 2005. Amy started their career as an Associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP from September 1997 to January 2002. Between their time at Cravath and Perkins, they were a Luce Scholar/Legislative Aide for the Hong Kong Legislative Council from August 1996 to August 1997. And before that, they were a Judicial Clerk to the Hon. Eugene A. Wright on the U.S. Courts of Appeals from January 1995 to December 1996. Amy Weaver has also been a Research Associate at Harvard Business School from August 1989 to August 1992.

Amy Weaver has a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a B.A. in Political Science/American Studies from Wellesley College.
