Lindsay Avery

Lindsay Avery, CFRE, currently serves as the Senior Specialist for the Resource Development Expertise Hub at Habitat for Humanity International, a position held since May 2022. Prior to this role, Lindsay was the Director of Resource Development at Habitat for Humanity of Baldwin County from October 2017 to May 2022 and also held similar positions at Habitat for Humanity of the Mississippi Gulf Coast, demonstrating extensive experience in fundraising, donor relations, and volunteer management. Previous positions include Marketing Consultant and National Account Manager at Sun Herald MultiMedia, Community Relations Specialist at Habitat for Humanity of the MS Gulf Coast, and an AmeriCorps VISTA role focused on volunteer services. Lindsay began a formal education in philanthropy at the Indiana University Lilly Family School of Philanthropy in August 2014 and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in American Studies from Fairfield University.
