Melissa Rivera is an experienced professional in monitoring, evaluation, and client engagement, currently serving as the Affiliate Engagement & Success Manager at Habitat for Humanity International since July 2013. Rivera has a proven track record in fostering client relationships, conducting user research, and designing user-centered data collection activities to assess outcomes.
