Melissa Rivera

Melissa Rivera is an experienced professional in monitoring, evaluation, and client engagement, currently serving as the Affiliate Engagement & Success Manager at Habitat for Humanity International since July 2013. Rivera has a proven track record in fostering client relationships, conducting user research, and designing user-centered data collection activities to assess outcomes. Previously, as a MEAL Sr. Specialist and Evaluation Consultant, Rivera developed monitoring and evaluation systems, trained program implementers, and provided project management for significant grants. Prior roles include Director of Evaluation and Research at NCPRS, where Rivera led international program evaluations and trained over 300 implementers, and Communications Analyst at JPMorgan Chase & Co., focusing on employee engagement and community involvement. Education includes a Master of Arts and a Bachelor of Arts in Interpersonal Communication from the University of Central Florida, as well as an Associate of Arts from Florida State University.
