Oliver Babson

Oliver Babson is the Vice President of Strategy & Planning at Habitat for Humanity International, where leadership includes strategy, planning, and change management for the world's largest non-profit advocate for affordable housing. Prior to this role, Oliver served as Principal at Treble Strategies, advising various entities on philanthropic investment strategies and policy influence. Oliver's extensive experience at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation includes roles such as Director of Global Policy & Advocacy, where initiatives focused on COVID-19 response and learning around crucial social issues. Earlier in Oliver's career, positions included Deputy Director and Senior Program Officer, managing significant budgets and partnerships in international development. Oliver holds a JD from Yale Law School, an MPA from Princeton University, and a BA in Economics from Williams College.
