Shoban Rainford

Shoban Rainford is an experienced professional in resource development and business management with over 20 years of experience in the non-profit and international development sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Resource Development for Asia & the Pacific at Habitat for Humanity International since January 2022, Shoban previously held several key positions at SNV from 2011 to 2021, including Global Head of Business Development and Regional Business Development Coordinator for the Asia Regional Office. Notable earlier roles include leading business development at Infoshare (Guarantee) Ltd and SSG Advisors, as well as program management for the World Bank's e-Sri Lanka Initiative. Shoban's career began at Save the Children International, where roles included Finance & Administration Officer and Personal Assistant to the CEO, contributing to the establishment of the International Secretariat.
