Steven Weir

Steven Weir currently serves as Vice President of Housing Innovation at Habitat for Humanity International, a position held since August 1993. In this role, Steven directs global program development and support in various areas, including housing, sustainable development, and disaster response since 2008. Prior to this, Steven led the Asia and Pacific Regional office from 1995 to 2008, overseeing operations in thirty countries and supporting over 26,000 families annually. Before joining Habitat for Humanity, Steven was a Vice President at Tai Associates, managing architecture and real estate development projects throughout the Pacific Rim. Steven began professional experience as a Project Manager at McCall Architects, focusing on the design and construction of residential and commercial projects. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Design in Architecture and a subsequent Bachelor's in Architectural Engineering from The University of Kansas.
