Tami Griffin has extensive experience in event planning and communications, currently serving as the Special Events and Marketing | Partner & Development Communications professional at Habitat for Humanity International since November 2007. Notable achievements include managing the Annual Jimmy & Rosalynn Carter Work Project, which involves high-profile supporters and numerous volunteers. Prior to this, Tami held the position of Communication and Events Director at The Tavern Hospitality Group, orchestrating various events such as fundraising activities and corporate banquets. Additional experience includes coaching figure skating at South Suburban Parks & Recreation, working as a Public Relations Specialist at INTEGRIS Health, and serving as a Communications Coordinator at Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Mississippi. Tami holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from New Mexico State University and has furthered education at The University of New Mexico.
