Jim McAvoy

Jim McAvoy is an experienced professional with a diverse background in business consulting and strategic growth. Currently serving as a Retained Consultant for multiple companies including NovaXS Biotech Corp., InterOptic, and Co-Created since 2022 and 2019 respectively, Jim has also held the role of Chief Growth Officer at MessageWrap since 2016 and President of JWMcAvoy & Company Ltd. since 2004, focusing on lead generation for clients. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Strategic Accounts at Communispace Corporation, where Jim contributed to sales strategy for Fortune 100 companies, and as an Account Executive at The Forum Corporation, developing a successful business development process. Jim began a sales career in Aetna's Employee Benefits Division, specializing in group indemnity and managed care. Educational credentials include a CEBS from The Wharton School and a B.A. in Economics & History from William & Mary.
