Benjamin Wagner

Benjamin Wagner is a shareholder attorney at Habush Habush & Rottier and is certified as a Board Certified Trial Attorney by the National Board of Legal Specialty Certification. Prior to this, Benjamin has served as a Judicial Intern at the Wisconsin Supreme Court, a Lafollette –Peck Legal Fellow at the United States Senate Judiciary Committee, an Intern in the General Investigative Unit at the District Attorney’s Office in Milwaukee County, and a Medical Research Assistant at the Medical College of Wisconsin. Benjamin holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Wisconsin Law School and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Emory University. Benjamin graduated from Nicolet High School.
