Philipp von Stein

Philipp von Stein has extensive experience in asset management and real estate expansion, currently serving as Real Estate Expansion DACH at Habyt since October 2017. Prior to this role, Philipp worked at Catella as an Asset Manager from January 2017 to October 2017, focusing on student accommodation across Europe. Earlier experience includes a position at JLL from October 2014 to November 2016, managing retail real estate portfolios in Germany for US investors, particularly distressed assets. Philipp holds a Bachelor of Science from Maastricht University (2008-2011) and a CEMS Master of Science in Management from CEMS (2012-2013), along with studies at Harvard University Graduate School of Design and Universidad de Los Andes.
