Ahmet Serper

Ahmet Serper is the Vice Chancellor at Hacettepe Üniversitesi. Ahmet has over fifteen years of experience in the field of education, specializing in instructional design and educational technology.

Ahmet began their career in 2005 as an Educational Technologist at Mobilsoft. Ahmet then moved on to Sebit Information & Education Technologies Inc. where they worked as an Instructional Designer for two years. In 2007, they started working at the Interuniversity Council of Turkish Rebuplic as an IT Specialist. Ahmet held this position for five years before moving to Adnan Menderes University, where they worked as a Specialist from 2007 to 2012.

In 2012, Ahmet took on the role of Vice Chancellor at Hacettepe University - Industrial Design Program, where they remain today. Under their leadership, the program has become one of the most respected and well-known industrial design programs in Turkey.

Ahmet Serper has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Education & Instructional Technology from Hacettepe University.

Ahmet Serper reports to Mehmet Cahit Güran, Rector. They work with Vural Gökmen - Vice Chancellor, Serhat Ünal - Vice Chancellor, and Oytun Canyaş - General Secretary.
