Louise Robertson

Louise Robertson is a seasoned transformation leader with extensive experience in enterprise transformation, particularly within the publishing and banking sectors. At Hachette Book Group, Louise has served as VP of Enterprise Transformation since July 2015, overseeing significant M&A integrations and enhancing program management through data analytics. Previously, as Senior Director of Enterprise Transformation, Louise led the implementation of a new Enterprise Content Management system and managed the migration of over 1000 users across multiple geographies. Additional roles include Global Product Director and Senior Product Manager at Hachette, where Louise developed digital product strategies and implemented a Digital Asset Management system. Earlier career experiences include project management consulting at Bauer Media, change management at Westpac, and accounting at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Louise holds an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and has completed various degrees in commerce and business.
