Roger Wilson has extensive experience in transformation and strategy roles, starting as a Supply Chain Management at Unilever in 1987. Roger later worked at Ernst & Young Consulting as a Director before moving to Arnotts Biscuits as VP of Transformation & Strategy. Roger then joined Campbell Soup Company, where they held positions as VP of IT, Enterprise Strategy and VP of Transformation PMO. Currently, they are the VP of Enterprise Transformation at Holman, leading a diverse team in key strategic programs.
Roger Wilson obtained a MEng in Chemical Engineering from Imperial College London. In 2000, they also became an Associate of Chartered Institute of Management Accountants from CIMA.
