Gaëtan Ruffault

Gaetan Ruffault is an experienced human resources leader currently serving as Senior Vice-President of Group Human Resources and Head of Social and Environmental Responsibility at Hachette Livre since March 2019. From January 2016 to September 2019, Gaetan held the position of Directeur Adjoint for the Services and Operations branch at Hachette Livre, overseeing human resources, operations, social and environmental responsibility, and security. Additionally, Gaetan managed the human resources function for Industrial and Commercial branches from April 2008 to June 2018, overseeing a workforce of 1,200 employees across multiple legal entities. Earlier experience includes serving as Directeur des Ressources Humaines for industrial laundries at Assistance Publique Hôpitaux de Paris and a position in purchasing at sanofi-aventis. Gaetan has a strong educational background, having studied at Sciences Po, CentraleSupélec, and Sciences Po Lille.
