Osnat Elezra

Osnat Elezra has extensive work experience in human resources and management roles. Osnat currently serves as the VP of HR at Hachshara Insurance Company LTD., where they are responsible for developing HR policies and procedures, managing recruitment processes, overseeing employee relations, and implementing compensation and benefits programs. Prior to this, Osnat worked as a Senior Human Resources Manager at Albar אלבר from 2020 to 2021. Osnat also held various leadership positions at Ashkelon Municipality Sanitation Department, including Head of Service Operations, Unit Manager in the Environmental Department, Unit Manager in the Volunteering & Welfare Department, and Emergency Manager.

Osnat Elezra completed their Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Anthropology at Bar-Ilan University from 1997 to 2000. Osnat then pursued a Master of Arts degree in Human Resources Management and Services at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev from 2000 to 2002. Later, from 2008 to 2010, they attended Ashkelon Academic College, where they obtained another Bachelor's degree in Social Work.
