Mehmet Kahya

Mehmet Kahya has held several prominent positions in various companies since 2006, including Managing Partner at Kronus Kurumsal Finans Danışmanlık A.Ş. and an Independent Member of the Board at Sabanci Holding, where responsibilities include chairing the Corporate Governance Committee and membership in the Sustainability Committee. Extensive experience includes advisory roles for multiple organizations such as Dağbaşı Proje Yatırım A.Ş. and Gediz Enerji, among others. Previous roles at TEMSA and Brisa Bridgestone Sabanci involved membership on the Board of Directors and various committees focused on audit and risk management.
