Darryl Shoemake

Darryl Shoemake has extensive experience in the restaurant industry. Darryl was the President and Owner's Representative at Elways Steak House, overseeing the performance and revenue of multiple locations. Prior to that, they were the President of Hacienda Colorado and later became a Consultant/Vice President of Operations. Darryl also held positions as a Regional Vice President at Apple Grove Restaurants and Regional Vice President at APPLEGROVE RCI Management. Darryl began their career as the COO of Blackeyed Pea Restaurants and later served as the Chief Operating Officer at Colorado Restaurant Management, overseeing multiple locations and managing a large budget.

Darryl Shoemake has a strong educational background with a focus on Liberal Arts and Economics. Darryl attended Jourdanton High School and Texas A&M University, where they pursued an Economics major and a minor in Business. From 1978 to 1984, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts from Texas A&M University, with a specialization in Economics and Business. Their education provided him with a comprehensive understanding of both the liberal arts and business fields.
