Aviran Giat

Aviran Giat has work experience in various roles and companies. In 2016, they worked as an Android Developer at Ness Technologies | נס טכנולוגיות. In 2019, they served as a Security Researcher at Hack The Box. In 2020, they joined the Israeli Air Force as a Software Developer. Later in the same year, they became a Software Engineer at Ofek 324 Unit - IAF.

Aviran Giat has a diverse education history. Aviran completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Technology, Innovation & Entrepreneurship from Tel Aviv University from 2022 to 2024. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Computer Science with Honors from Lev Academic Center, studying from 2016 to 2020.

During their education, Aviran also participated in the Mathematical Enrichment Program for the Advancement of Mathematically Talented Youth Students at Bar-Ilan University. However, specific dates regarding this program are not provided.

In addition to their formal education, Aviran Giat has obtained several certifications. Aviran acquired the Microsoft Azure AI | AI-900 certification from Microsoft in April 2023. In April 2021, they obtained the Advanced Penetration Testing certification from Cybrary and the ICSI | Certified Penetration Tester Associate (CPTA) certification from the International CyberSecurity Institute (ICSI), UK. Moreover, they obtained the Offensive Penetration Testing certification from Cybrary in December 2020.

Aviran has acquired various other certifications related to cybersecurity and software development. These include the ICSI | CyberSecurity Essentials certification from ICSI (International CyberSecurity Institute), UK, earned in November 2020, and the Linux for Developers certification from The Linux Foundation, acquired in October 2020. Aviran also obtained certifications in Cyber Threats and Attack Vectors, IT Fundamentals for Cybersecurity Specialization, Information Security: Context and Introduction, and Introduction to Cybersecurity.

Lastly, Aviran Giat has completed several additional courses and workshops, including The Java Workshop by Packt in May 2021. Aviran also attended the Android Development course at Ness College, the DevOps - Docker & Kubernetes course, Extreme Java course, GIT and Administration course, Practical Ethical Hacking course, and React with TypeScript course.
