Computer Security Researcher at Idaho National Laboratory

Brennen Calato, MS, serves as a Computer Security Researcher at Idaho National Laboratory since June 2025, following experience as a Graduate Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant at Louisiana State University from August 2021 to July 2025. In the academic role, Brennen taught courses in Malware Analysis and Reverse Engineering, alongside Software Vulnerabilities and Exploitation, and contributed as an Undergraduate Research Assistant with a focus on Reverse Engineering, Memory Forensics, and Malware Analysis. Additionally, Brennen provided technical support to the university community and completed a Cyber Security R&D internship at Idaho National Laboratory in the summer of 2024. Brennen holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Louisiana State University, awarded in May 2023.
