Sameera Balijepalli

Sameera Balijepalli has diverse work experience in various roles and organizations. Sameera started their career as a Swim Instructor and Lifeguard at Goldfish Swim School Franchising, LLC from June 2019 to May 2020. In 2018, they interned at STEM Reach, where they organized hackathons and sustainable building competitions for students, mentored middle-school classes, and designed structures using SolidWorks and MATLAB. Sameera then worked as a Software Engineer Intern at T-Mobile from June 2022 to September 2022. Sameera also gained experience as a Web Developer and Cybersecurity Engineering Intern at Cal Poly California Cybersecurity Institute, where they developed security lessons, researched data protection and computer systems, and worked on workforce development. Sameera was an Associate Director of Outreach and Product and a Software Developer at Hack4Impact, contributing to outreach activities and software development. Currently, they are a Teaching Assistant at California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo. Sameera will also join Adobe in 2023 as a Software Engineer Intern.

Sameera Balijepalli pursued their high school education at Tesla STEM High School from 2016 to 2020. Their field of study during this period is not mentioned. After completing high school, they enrolled at California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, where they are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
