Alicia Flynn, MBA, PHR, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources across various organizations. Currently serving as the Manager of Post-Acute Recruitment & Talent Intelligence at Hackensack Meridian Health since January 2015, Alicia excels in developing partnerships to enhance staffing efficiency and diversity in recruitment.
