Michael Allen

Michael Allen is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in the healthcare sector. Currently serving as President of the Financial Services Division and Chief Financial Officer at Hackensack Meridian Health since December 2024, Michael has held previous CFO positions at OSF HealthCare, Gundersen Health System, Winona Health, and Quorum Health Resources/Gibson Area Hospital. Beginning a career at BroMenn Healthcare as a Controller, Michael also gained experience in audit and tax at Kerber, Eck, and Braeckel. Michael holds a Master’s degree in Health Care Administration/Management from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Illinois State University.
