Mike Stubna

Mike Stubna currently serves as the Director of Software Engineering and Data Science at Hackensack Meridian Health, where leadership is provided for teams focused on designing, developing, and deploying AI-driven software solutions aimed at enhancing patient outcomes and operational efficiency. Prior experience includes roles as a Software Developer and Data Analyst for independent projects, specializing in iOS and web applications, and an Engineering Team Leader at Pulsar Informatics, where development of fatigue risk management software tools was undertaken for clients such as NASA and the US Navy. Additional experience encompasses consulting at Princeton Consultants, developing schedule optimization software for NetJets, Inc. Mike Stubna holds a Ph.D. in Theoretical and Applied Mechanics from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Science from Penn State University.
