Saba Afzal

Saba Afzal, MD, is a highly experienced psychiatrist currently serving as the Section Chief of Psychiatry at Hackensack Meridian Health Ocean University Medical Center since February 2024. In addition to this role, Saba Afzal has been the Medical Director at HMH 1610 Outpatient Faculty Practice since February 2020 and the Residency Program Director for the General Psychiatry Program at Hackensack Meridian Health Ocean University Medical Center since February 2019.
